Once they click the offer and they are taking to the offer page. 

On the offer page, it might ask for them to subscribe or sign up or something along those lines. 

After they sign up or agree, it will ask something else. 

All it takes to convert is a 2-click flow. 

So, as long as they follow the steps as you should be a conversion.

Its kinda hard to explain. You just need them to click at least twice on the offer pages.
